** Rentals are available from 8am-11pm. If you need rentals outside of these time frames please contact us as we offer extended rentals for an additional charge. Rental times reflect these hours for an 8 hour time block (i.e. weekday rentals will be from 2-10 or 3-11).

*Rental set up times may vary and we must follow and adere to venues rules and regulations in regards to vendor set up times, even if they do not align with the scheduled rental time.

Note that any rentals cancelled within 90 days of the event will not be refunded this includes rentals scheduled within the 90 day timeframe of the event. All renters are subject to the terms and conditions in your agreement.

All deliveries are subject to a delivery fee which is subject to location. To get a quote please email us directly. Most delivery fees range from $100-$150 in the Seacoast NH/ME area.
